Our mornings are devoted to Barre and Pilates, with classes designed to sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen your body.
Every session finishes with our signature red light therapy, allowing your muscles to recover deeply while leaving you calm, restored, and glowing.
In the evenings, the studio transforms into a place of expression through dance. From classical to contemporary styles,
our classes invite you to move freely, find your rhythm, and celebrate the joy of movement.

Barre Sculpt classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt the entire body through small, precise movements that create big results.
Each class focuses on proper alignment, posture, and control—helping you build strength while maintaining grace and stability.
You’ll move through sequences that target specific muscle groups, emphasizing form to enhance body awareness and prevent injury.
This class is low-impact yet highly effective, making it ideal for all fitness levels. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body.

Mat Pilates
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday | 8:30 AM
Mat Pilates focuses on breath, control, and mindful movement to strengthen both body and mind. Each class is designed to build a strong core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility and balance, all while reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm.
Through intentional, low-impact exercises, you’ll learn to connect deeply with your body—improving coordination, alignment, and overall body awareness. Pilates supports injury prevention and rehabilitation, making it accessible and beneficial for all fitness levels.
Each class ends with Red Light Therapy recovery to restore muscles, improve circulation, and enhance your post-class glow.

A high-energy, dance-based embodiment class that fuses movement, music, and manifestation. Activate your power, release subconscious layers, and align with your highest frequency.
No dance experience required.
Heels with Tayte Kamoku (Master class)
A sensual, empowering dance class designed to help you connect to your confidence and feminine power. Learn foundational heel technique, musicality, and stage presence—all in a supportive, inspiring space.

Zoe Roberts
Owner of Studio Zoe — and proud mama of three — Zoe knows what it means to find balance, both on and off the mat.
With a rich background in gymnastics, dance, and weightlifting, she’s now deepening her practice through Barre and Pilates, blending strength with grace in every class she leads.
A familiar face in the Maui community, Zoe has spent over seven years at the Maui Country Club, models on the side, and helps manage her mother’s artwork through local galleries.
What began as a personal journey to reconnect with her own body has evolved into a mission to inspire others to find the best version of themselves.
Zoe is more than a fitness enthusiast — she’s a creator of space: a space where movement feels empowering, intentional, and joyful. Her classes celebrate every curve, every muscle, and every version of you — igniting strength from the inside out.

Katie Blair
Katie is a transformational coach, top ranked podcast host, and founder of Sanctuary of SHE – a global movement redefining what it means for women to lead, create, and live in full energetic alignment. Her work fuses science and spirit, guiding women to rewire their subconscious, embody coherence, and become the frequency of what they desire. As the creator of QUANTONE, a dance-based energetics experience, Katie turns movement into alchemy – helping women unlock power, presence, and purpose through their bodies. Her coaching is electric, embodied, and unapologetically expansive – activating women into their highest potential & limitless quantum leaps.

Tayte Kamoku
Born and raised on the beautiful island of Maui, Tayte Kamoku has been dancing since the age of 10. Her passion for movement has taken her around the world—training and competing under world-renowned choreographers who’ve worked with icons like Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Chris Brown, and Michael Jackson. Now a full-time professional model and dance teacher, Tayte blends both worlds—bringing grace, power, and artistry to every step. Known for her encouraging energy and attention to detail, she creates a welcoming environment where every dancer feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
Tayte’s Heels Dance Classes are all about empowerment, femininity, and self-expression. Her teaching style helps students tap into their confidence, embrace their unique movement, and feel unstoppable—both on and off the floor.
